Job Description

We are building a team of passionate Technical Program Managers to bridge the gap between Real Estate & Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and other cross-functional teams. You will design and deliver technical solutions for new office buildout and expansion projects , including low voltage, network infrastructure, audio-visual (AV), and related IT scopes of work .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally between internal teams, construction trades, vendors, and service providers.
• Manage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning, and handover process for:
• ISP connectivity, low-voltage cabling, and network infrastructure
• Audio-visual / video-conference systems
• Partner with Corporate Security to implement infrastructure and network integration for access control and surveillance systems .
• Oversee project schedules, status updates, and executive communications for all relevant projects.
• Develop drawing packages and specifications to support project design and execution.
• Coordinate procurement and guide FP&A on budget planning and tracking .
• Identify, mitigate, and monitor project delivery risks .

Required Qualifications

• Strong project and program management skills.
• Real Estate + AV/IT Experience – Proven track record with office buildouts (network, AV, security, infrastructure).
• Strong Project Delivery Background – At least 5 years of building & delivering office infrastructure projects .
• Knowledge of architectural design processes (schematic design, design development, construction documents).
• Experience in commercial real estate construction processes .
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven vendor management experience (vetting, RFP/bid response, performance management, handover).
• Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning .
• Ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings .
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Someone who is open to travel, internationally 40% of the time- covered by client.
