This is not your average corporate assistant job. You’ll be part problem-solver, part organizer, part confidant, and part go-to person for anything the founder needs—whether that’s sending emails, scheduling meetings, running errands, recruiting, booking events, or helping coordinate projects across multiple businesses and properties. You will be paid well and performance bonus incentives are available.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the founder on track with scheduling, email management, and task execution. Daily check-in priority system.
• Take direction and run with it—no judgment, no second-guessing, just results.
• Juggle personal and professional tasks (sometimes at the same time).
• Be flexible and ready for change—because priorities shift often.
• Learn how the founder thinks and makes decisions so you can anticipate needs.
• Support the company’s focus on sales growth by keeping operations smooth and efficient.

Who You Are:

• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to pivot on a dime.
• A strong communicator who’s organized and detail-oriented.

• Disciplined, but ready for craziness.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with Outlook, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
• Works together with entire team.
• Comfortable balancing errands, admin work, and business support in one day.
• Someone who sees opportunity, not chaos, in a fast-moving environment.
• Available during off hours and weekends.
