Talent Acquisition Specialist

Total Turf Golf Services, a Certified Golf Course Builder since 1998, based in Huntington Valley, PA has become synonymous with excellence in the golf course industry. We have had the privilege of working with and on some of the best courses and with some of the best golf course architects in the country.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Huntington Valley, PA . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source top talent, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for building the brand recognition and talent pipeline to assist in recruiting top talent.

This is a 100% in office role, in Huntington Valley, PA with the potential for 1-2 days remote based on performance and business need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Partner with leaders to identify service areas that require sourcing of local talent and go out into the community and identify and build partnerships with community and other organizations to build candidate pipelines.
  • Develop relationships with area colleges and universities that provide related degree programs and work with company leadership to build out internship and early career opportunity programs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
  • Collaborate with leadership on employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring practices, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Support organizational change through workforce planning, restructuring, and cultural initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work in the office up to 5 days per week
  • Travel to community job fairs, colleges and universities as well as to field locations as needed (10%-15%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for multistate field related industry roles (e.g. Landscape maintenance).
  • Training and experience within an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Certification in HR or Recruiting (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).

The expected salary for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 Actual pay will depend on related experience and qualifications. In addition to salary the position offers medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement account and discretionary bonus potential.
