Our team is looking for a driven entry-level candidate to support critical purchasing and financial processes within a leading pharmaceutical company. No prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative.

🔹 What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support our purchasing and financial workflows, including:

• Creating purchase requisition forms and confirming receipt of products
• Assisting with small purchases using a procurement card and submitting expenses through Concur
• Downloading monthly accounting data and understanding financial reports
• Tracking spending across accounts with multiple components
• Identifying trends and flagging inconsistencies or issues
• Organizing data from SAP and classifying it in Excel
• Communicating directly with leadership, including the CIO and department heads
