Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for the construction industry? We’re seeking a dynamic Construction Recruiter to join our team in Corona, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of construction positions, including field, administrative, and accounting roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview high volumes of candidates using multiple channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of top talent for all facets of the construction sector.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in the construction industry (required) .
• Proven high-volume recruiting success across a range of roles from general construction to back-office and support teams.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience working in Corona, CA or the surrounding Inland Empire region preferred.
