Clayton Services is searching for a Receptionist/Marketing Assistant to join a thriving car dealership in West Houston. The Receptionist/Marketing Assistant will be responsible for ensuring customers have an exceptional experience while also supporting the dealership’s marketing and social media efforts.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $42,000 - $50,000/year

Receptionist/Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Make outbound phone calls to customers to follow up with customers
• Schedule service and assign/track loaner vehicles
• Complete client follow-ups
• Complete client check out
• Complete end-of-day reports
• Greet and assist customers in person with professionalism and courtesy
• Support social media content creation and posting (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community outreach efforts
• Track customer engagement on social media and respond to inquiries/comments
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Other administrative, customer service, and marketing-related duties as assigned

Receptionist/Marketing Assistant Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent professionalism and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent organization skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting best practices

Receptionist/Marketing Assistant Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in a client-facing customer service role is required
• Previous automotive/car dealership experience is a plus
• Previous marketing or social media experience is a plus
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required
