Job Description

Job Summary:

At TempWorks, the Project Manager leads TempWorks’ clients through the process of onboarding TempWorks’ Software and managing all activities around their implementation. This includes establishing relationships with new clients, educating them on the implementation process, gathering required documentation and data, and developing/executing a project timeline to ensure a timely onboarding process that is both beneficial for the client and cost-effective for the business.

General Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for all functions relating to the implementation project lifecycle including but not limited to, project timeline and budget, custom requests, full-scale data conversion, training, account management, and support
  • Ensure that all necessary data is collected from the client to allow for a successful transition to the software
  • Set expectations in terms of time required to accomplish technological and business objectives according to number of users, technical complexity of conversion, and defined business requirements
  • Facilitate all communication between the implementation team and the client
  • Monitor project deliverables and progress through the duration of the implementation, managing deviations as appropriate, including project scope
  • Aid clients with TempWorks’ best practices regarding user adoption techniques
  • Schedule on-site training and Resource Management
  • Ensure effective completion of project milestones by allocated resources on time and on budget
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Project Management procedures and systems such as CRM
  • Ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 2+ years of project management experience including project planning, risk mitigation, resource management, and budget oversight
  • The ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing effectively with senior leadership within Staffing and Recruiting firms
  • The ability to multi-task, work with multiple enterprise clients at a time and efficiently manage their individual needs during different implementation stages
  • Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong technical background and experience with the delivery of SaaS solutions
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Experience managing enterprise IT implementation projects preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM or recruitment software preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
