We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support a complex government aviation program. This role focuses on program performance, data-driven analysis, and decision support across cost, schedule, and operational priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working within government environments and a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership. (This role is a part of a proposal support.)
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze program objectives and performance to support informed decision-making across the organization. You will assess requirements, schedules, funding, and execution status, providing clear and accurate insights to stakeholders. Your work will include conducting management, technical, and business-focused analyses to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
You will collect, organize, and interpret program data related to aircraft acquisition and sustainment efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting products. You will also track program milestones and schedules, support documentation efforts, and apply established government processes for data management, configuration control, and change tracking.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience performing program analysis, program management support, or related analytical functions. An active Secret security clearance is required. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working in structured government environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government organizations, particularly within defense or aviation programs, is highly desirable. Familiarity with aircraft acquisition programs, budget analysis, and schedule tracking is a plus, as is the ability to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
