About the Company

We’re a small startup located in Los Angeles who’s mission is to revitalize the entertainment industry with our technology. We use special NFC chips to create physical products that unlock exclusive content and digital experiences. We work with some of the most creative artists from around the world and help them create more engaging experiences for their fans. Our clients range from household names like Chris Brown, all the way to brands like L’Oreal who want to make their products more engaging.

About The Role

We’re looking for an organized individual to assist with the production and delivery of our NFC products. This will include printing, packaging, shipping, and some customer support. Onsite training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Quality oriented
• Must have strong technical skills
• Flexible Hours- weekdays, nights (even graveyard shift) and weekends

Responsibilities

• Print customer graphics using our UV printer (training provided)
• Cut graphics/sticker using our automatic cutting machine (training provided)
• Keep track of incoming Shopify orders & deadlines
• Ship orders in a timely fashion
• Respond to customer inquiries related to their orders
• Occasionally Work with the website development team to ensure smooth purchasing experiences for our customers
• Help to optimize production and delivery of orders
• Keep track of inventory and restock materials when necessary
