  • Lead schedule review meetings and communicate key performance insights
  • Support schedule–cost integration and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in planning and Lean construction sessions
  • Produce weekly/monthly progress reporting and construction dashboards
  • Conduct field visits as needed to validate progress and sequencing

Your contributions will directly influence decision-making, resourcing, and delivery performance across the entire capital portfolio.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • 10+ years in construction scheduling or equivalent experience
  • Strong command of Primavera P6 and CPM methodologies
  • Advanced Excel capability; familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, and digital reporting tools
  • Heavy industrial, energy, or oil & gas project background preferred
  • Clear, confident communication skills across executives, contractors, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, drive clarity, and make informed decisions
  • Experience with stage-gated project execution is a major plus

If you’re ready to own the scheduling program at a site where your expertise actually moves the needle, this is your chance to make a measurable impact.
