Reform Physical Therapy is hiring for a full-time Physical Therapist in our Eliot and Topsham, Maine clinics. Reform Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice that treats solely in a one-on-one setting. Voted Maine’s 2022, 2023, and 2024 BEST Physical Therapy practice , Reform Physical Therapy specializes in treating the individual as a whole, not just the injury. As a growing company, Reform is in search of energetic and easygoing therapists that are looking to offer their patients the best quality care in a low-pressure, encouraging, and fun environment.
At Reform, work-life balance is held in high regard. With abundant paid vacation time, major holidays off, and paid sick time, Reform’s employees can find a balance that allows them to offer the best care possible to patients while not missing out on their own lives. At Reform, we understand that life happens…which is why we encourage employees to use their earned time and take the breaks from work they need. In addition to the work-life balance, we also encourage actual fun within the workspace. This can manifest itself in many ways, from celebrating employee birthdays, to holiday parties, to practice-wide competitions…we aim to ensure that your time at the office is not ALL for work. Sneaking fun into the work week helps it fly by, in our opinion.
