Job Description

In this role you'll be responsible for a variety of development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise software used within the company. This includes configuration, security, development, support, and training in software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create custom scripts, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to optimize business processes
• Responsible for development, enhancement, troubleshooting, integration, maintenance of enterprise software.
• Coordinate with all departments to improve use of systems and develop specifications for system changes and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the ERP system and integration elements as they arise.
• Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations and training materials.
• Provide support and training to user groups within the company.
• Provide backup support to IT Help Desk.
• Anticipate, analyze, and solve a wide variety of technical problems
• Work independently and grasp new tasks quickly

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience developing in C#, .NET technologies
• Microsoft SQL Server 2019+, SSRS, Transact-SQL, Stored Procedures
• Experience with database development and reporting using SQL Server
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar area of study or equivalent work experience.
