We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility, grpimds amd equipment. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, a passion for keeping things running smoothly, and communicates well wiht others, we want to hear from you!
Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, and upkeep
Maintain shop equipment — including changing coolant and filters on CNC machines and other machinery
Handle lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal (including shoveling) as needed
Monitor and maintain lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Assist with general shop organization and cleanup to ensure a safe, efficient workspace
Work closely with team members and management to complete maintenance projects and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, and outdoor tasks in all weather conditions
