Pay Rate: $70.57/hour (Part-time), Estimated 330 hours.
Summary
Build robust integrations and platform components that connect BCM/AICT with FDOT systems
using IntegrationHub/REST, meeting 60GG-5 performance/security expectations.
Core outcomes
Stable, monitored integrations with retries, error handling, and logging
Unit/functional/performance test evidence approved; security findings remediated
Clean code (update sets/scoped apps), peer-reviewed and documented
Responsibilities
Design/build flows, scripted REST APIs, transform maps; manage credentials/secrets
Implement ACLs and data hygiene; support perf/security testing and UAT
Contribute to runbooks, Knowledge Articles, and SSP updates
Minimum qualifications
Experience: 3+ yrs ServiceNow development & integrations (IntegrationHub/API)
Education: Bachelor's in CS/IS/Engineering (or equivalent exp)
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (required); CAD and CIS-IntegrationHub/IRM
preferred; ITIL 4 (preferred)
