About the Role

Architect, implement, and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive client and policyholder data.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including HIPAA, GLBA, and NAIC cybersecurity guidelines.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Oversee user provisioning, access management, and license distribution.
• Facilitate secure collaboration and document sharing across departments and newly acquired entities.
• Lead strategic IT initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Direct the onboarding and integration of IT systems for acquired companies.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and provide regular updates to the CIO and key stakeholders.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 support for complex technical issues, with a focus on onboarding and transitioning acquired companies.
• Mentor junior IT staff and contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge bases.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Coordinate with managed service providers and IT teams across acquired organizations.
