Job Description
Seco Restore Inc., a growing leader in restoration services, is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee the projects beginning with permitting an initial planning phase through completion, with an opportunity to take on additional projects within the organization as needed. Leading projects that aim to return damaged properties to their pre-loss condition, ensuring a seamless transition from disaster to restoration.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, site conditions, and workforce information.
• Assigning tasks to staff and subcontractors.
• Communicate with homeowners, business owners, and insurance companies through the restoration process to provide updates and address concerns.
• Documents all phases of the restoration process, including before-and-after photos, work progress reports, and detailed job costing information.
• Ensuring all materials and equipment are ready in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring all aspects of construction meet or exceed project standards and regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in construction management or supervisory role is required.
• Effective communication to understand information clearly and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a strong plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Driving record is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
