The Role:

The role: 

Earn up to $5,500 per month (depending on experience) as a Digital Marketing Manager for Venture Smarter, your trusted partner in navigating the complex landscape of business growth and transition.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies to promote Venture Smarter's brand, products, and services across various online platforms and channels. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising campaigns. You will also measure and report on the performance and impact of the digital marketing efforts, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

What the job entails:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising campaigns, and ensure consistency and quality of the digital content and messaging
  • Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Mailchimp
  • Generate and present reports and dashboards on the digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as traffic, conversions, leads, and revenue
  • Identify and evaluate new and emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategies as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create and deliver engaging and compelling digital content, such as blogs, videos, infographics, and webinars
  • Coordinate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives with the product launches and sales goals
  • Manage and oversee the digital marketing budget and resources, and allocate them efficiently and effectively

Ideal Profile:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field; master's degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or consulting industry
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and platforms, such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and software, such as WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Mailchimp
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and persuasive digital content
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on the digital marketing performance and impact
  • Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker, with the ability to generate and implement new and effective digital marketing ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with a results-oriented and growth-oriented mindset
