Job Description:

Our well-known luxury furniture and home decor client is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable team player, eager to learn about the creative production process! As a Creative Coordinator, you possess strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality work, and knowledge of project management tools.

Please note: This is an fully onsite position Mon-Fri in Corte Madera, CA. Looking for a talented candidate who is not opposed to overtime hours during project peaks!

Responsibilities :

• Assist creative leads and production teams in defining project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain cross functional production calendar.
• Support the maintenance of project schedules and milestones, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Help organize and manage project documents, including project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and collaborators to facilitate the procurement of necessary resources.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient communication between creative team, production team and vendors.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenses under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in brainstorming and idea generation to enhance project quality and efficiency.
• Embrace opportunities for skill development and growth within the creative production field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 - $45/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
