We’re looking to hire a Account Receivable/Billing Analyst in the Client's Global Billing Department (Credit, Revenue, Accounting, Finance Teams) for a company that provides Internet Services, including a Search Engine, Email, News.

• This is a 3 month + opportunity.
• This is a Remote Role for the client based in NYC.
• Work Hours: 8am - 5pm CST.
• Only Candidates Within The USA Need Apply. Sponsorships Not Provided.
• Work experience in the Digital Advertising Space is highly preferred e.g. Google, Microsoft, Gmail, AOL, Amazon Ads, Bloomberg, CNBC, DuckDuckGo, Outlook, etc.
• Hourly Rate: $44hr.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Team Ticketing Queue (a digital waiting line for support requests, used to organize, prioritize, and assign Tickets to ensure a smooth workflow), ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
• Analyze and address variances in Reports, including Custom Billing, Business Impact Analysis Reports, Invoice Status, and Deferred Revenue Reports.
• Execute Third Party Billing with adherence to Service Level Agreements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues promptly.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree.
• Must-have Critical Thinking and Excellent Communication Skills, Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Oracle, Salesforce, and Excel experience.
• 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable Billing in the Digital Advertising Space.
• Effective management of Team Ticket Queues, Custom Billing, Business Impact Analysis, Invoice Status, and Deferred Revenue Reports.
